Teniam is a trading name of IMENSITY PTY LTD, ABN 21 644 232 566, New South Wales, Australia.

This page says what Teniam collects on this site, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. The site is the home page, the page where you join early as a seller, and the contact page.

What you give us. When you join early, the form asks for your first name, last name, and email. You can also give a company or brand, and a website or store link. Your name and email tell us who is joining, and they are how we write to you when we launch. The contact page asks for your name, email, a subject, and a message, so we can write back. That message is not added to the early seller list.

What we do not take. We do not ask for a password, a card, a delivery address, or a phone number. We do not take your location. We record that a page was opened, that a link leaving this site was used, and that the join form or the contact form was completed. We do not follow you onto other sites. We do not sell your information, and we do not add it to an advertising list.

The picture on the home page is loaded by your browser from Unsplash. Unsplash may see the address of that connection, the way any image host does. We do not receive an account or a profile of you from that.

Cookies. We measure a visit without setting a cookie. That measurement is the page that was opened, a link leaving this site, or that the join form or the contact form was completed. It does not include your name, email, company, or website. We do not set cookies to advertise. Nothing on this site is there to recognise you on other websites. You can still read the page, and use the join form or the contact form, if your browser blocks cookies.

Who else sees it. We do not give your details to data brokers. The company that sends our mail keeps your name and email, and your company or website when you gave one, so the note can reach you, and so we can write again when we launch. When you join early, the founder is emailed your name, email, and company or website when you gave one. A message from the contact page is emailed to the Teniam team so we can reply. The company that hosts the site can see ordinary connection logs, because that is how a page is delivered. Those logs are for running the site. If the law requires us to disclose something, we will.

How long we keep it. We keep your name and email while you are on the early seller list, and a company or website when you gave one. After that we keep them only as long as we need them to answer you. You can ask us to delete them, or use the unsubscribe link in a note we send.

Children. This site is for people joining as sellers. It is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent the form, write to us and we will delete it.

If we start to collect something else, such as an order, a payout, or a delivery address, we will write it here before we ask for it. The date at the top is when this page last changed.
